Blue greens of the 90’s have given way to the yellow greens of today.  Light hues of yellow green celery and gray-green  historic colors have a foothold in the color choices of today.  Complements of green are beige and gray green buff colors. Ceilings can be almond or a light tint of yellow green or white.  White as usual, works well with trim or an antique (yellowed) white.  Simple color schemes will include lighter and darker tints and shades of green.

Beige and gray beige  work well with greens. Beige can have a green cast which gives a better blend when working with green.  Beige’s in general are a balance of red and gold with a bit of gray to muddy them. Khaki and taupe of different values are popular. Gold beige (rather than red beige), works best with green.
