Stenciling can be done as a "motif", or as a border, or as an "all over" print over the whole wall.   Stenciling adds a decorative touch as an accent or as a dominate part of interior decoration.
Stenciling can be bold or subtle.  Clear acrylic varnish can be used, or paints of different sheens used to create a "shimmer" stencil effect known as  "Damask".
